Sharareh Yedidsion sold a one-bedroom, one-bath home at 4520 Natick Ave., Unit 205, in Sherman Oaks, to Dong Eon and Yoojean Song for $327,000 on Jan. 30.

The 936-square-foot home last sold for $265,000 in March 2011. It is located in the Golden Colonial Condos condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 692 home sales in Sherman Oaks during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $759,500.
