Dilip K. Ram and Hazel S. Ram sold their five-bedroom, seven-bath home at 900 Pacific Ave. in Manhattan Beach to Patrick James Dooley and Mikelyn Mary Dooley for $9.85 million on Aug. 15.

Dilip Ram and Norman J. Saltzer paid $2.685 million for the property in November 2003. The 9,457 square-foot house was built in 2006.

Mr. Ram is the chief executive officer of West Millennium Group, a construction company based in Los Angeles specializing in premium single and multi-family projects throughout Southern California. He specializes in land acquisition, project management, financing and sales.

The London native earned a degree in economics from De Stafford in Surrey, England.
