Film trailer producer buys from Monk director

Benedict Coulter and Ulrike Coulter sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 3717 Longridge Ave. in Sherman Oaks for $2.6 million to Randall Zisk and Jennifer B. Langton on June 9.

The 2,331-square-foot home was built in 1941.

Benedict Coulter is the president of Trailer Park, Inc., a movie trailer post-production studio and advertising agency based in Hollywood. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all the in-house services for the company's theatrical division.

He has previously worked as a producer or an editor for a number of trailers for films including Jurassic Park, Beverly Hills Cop, Top Gun, Fatal Attraction, Moulin Rouge, JFK, War of the Worlds, Walk the Line and X-Men.

Prior to Trailer Park, he worked for the motion picture advertising agency Kaleidoscope Films as a senior producer/editor. He was also a senior producer/editor for the company Aspect Ratio, where he worked in the campaigns of Forrest Gump, Dangerous Minds, The Rock, Crimson Tide and Armageddon.

He was hired by Steven Spielberg to produce a half hour "behind the scenes' documentary and edit the marketing campaign for the motion picture E.T., The Extra Terrestial. In addition, he has also produced and edited promotional materials for the Beatles and was hired Paul McCartney to edit and produce McCartney's television documentary, Wingspan.

Zisk is currently a director and executive producer for Monk, the USA Network comedy hit. He has also worked as a director for "Grey's Anatomy," "Weeds," "Desperate Housewives," "House," "Prison Break," "Without a Trace," "American Dreams," "NYPD Blue," "Chicago Hope" and "Felicity."

Zisk graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
