"Young and the Restless" couple buys in Calabasas

Daytime television actors Thad Luckinbill and his wife, Amelia Heinle, bought a five-bedroom, six-bath at 25498 Prado De Oro in Calabasas for $2.635 million from Benjamin Hooshim and Jacqueline Parkhooshim on Oct. 12, 2007.

Hooshim and Parkhooshim paid $1,753,500 for the home in May 2006, the same year it was built.

Luckinbill and Heinle are veteran daytime television actors, and both currently appear on the long-running CBS series "The Young and the Restless." Luckinbill has played the role of J.T. Hellstrom since 1998, spanning 514 episodes. Heinle has played Victoria Newman since 2005.

Luckinbill, 33, has other television credits including five episodes as Danny Doyle on the sitcom "8 Simple Rules For Dating My Daughter," and appearances on shows such as "Nip/Tuck," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." He is originally from Oklahoma.

Hienle, 35, also spent three years portraying Mia Saunders on the daytime program "All My Children." Her film credits include the 1999 comedy The Limey, directed by Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh.
