Paul Telegdy and Annabelle Telegdy sold their four-bedroom, four-bath home at 2955 Brian Knoll Dr. in Los Angeles for $2.05 million to Wayne Kamemoto and Park West on Sept. 16.

The 2,191-square-foot house was built in 1941.

In 2004, Mr. Telegdy was named vice president of programming and co-productions for BBC in Los Angeles. He joined BBC in 1997 as a commercial manager before being promoted within BBC's commercial agency to head of commercial affairs in 2000 and commercial director in 2001.

More recently, Mr. Telegdy was named executive vice president of television sales and content in April 2008. Largely due to the success of the Telegdy-headed BBC Worldwide Productions, producers of "Dancing With The Stars," it was reported in October of this year that Mr. Telegdy was in negotiations to take over BBC's alternative programming division.

Kamemoto is a partner and business manager at DWA, Inc. He attended the University of Southern California.
