Cesar Trinidad bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 4766 Brewster Dr. in L.A.'s Tarzana neighborhood from Diane and Richard H. Krieger for $1.295 million on Sept. 26.

The 5,092-square-foot house was built in 1982.

Mr. Trinidad works as an accountant at Tenet Health System/NC, one of the largest health systems in the U.S.

He has a B.S. degree in accounting.

Mrs. Krieger works as a senior writer and editor at the University of Southern California's alumni magazine, Trojan Family magazine.

Prior to joining USC, she worked as an editor at Tufts University and Johns Hopkins University.

She received her B.A. in English from UCLA and her M.A. in journalism/public relations from the University of Maryland College Park.

There have been 24,839 home sales in Los Angeles in 2008, with a median price of $443,000.
