Laura E. Laytham and Richard Zaki bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 4456 Romero Dr. in Tarzana from Arthur J. Olch, Ronald H. Olch and Thelma Olch for $725,500 on Nov. 3.
The 2,673-square-foot house was built in 1962.
Laytham is the VP of product development for TotalBeauty.com, a Santa Monica-based website operator that offers a product review directory. She has previously worked in internet development as director of technology for
Seventeen magazine, gURL.com and
Teen magazine.
Laytham graduated from New York University, with a bachelor's and a master's in fine arts.
Arthur J. Olch is an associate professor and chief of physics and radiation oncology program at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He is affiliated with Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
Dr. Olch received his Ph.D. from UCLA.
Ronald H. Olch is a product engineer at AeroVironment, Inc., a designer, developer and producer of unmanned aircraft systems and energy technologies for various industries and governmental agencies. AeroVironment was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Monrovia.
He was previously a principal engineer at Walt Disney Imagineering and an engineer at Teledyne Controls. He graduated from UCLA.
