Brian P. Stepanek and Parisa Y. Stepanek bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 12408 Hesby St. in Valley Village for $1.15 million from Mark and Burditt Saraceni on Dec. 22.

The Sarcenis paid $895,000 for the home in Jan. 2007.

Mr. Stepanek is an actor best known for his role as Arwen on the Disney Channel hit sitcom "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody." He's appeared in 28 episodes of the show, and has also made appearances on shows like "CSI: Miami," NYPD Blue" and "Malcolm in the Middle."

He's also been used for voice-over talent in animated films such as Bolt and Over the Hedge, and has also appeared in advertisements for True Value, Dairy Queen and Walgreens Pharmacy.

There were 121 sales in Valley Village in 2008, with a median sale price of $545,000.
