Chiropractor sells to actor in Malibu

Dr. Dana L. Zappala sold a home at 20782 Rockpoint Way in Malibu to Ralf Mosig for $800,000 on Nov. 24.

The house is in the Las Flores neighborhood.

Dr. Zappala is a chiropractor who runs her own clinic in Sherman Oaks, La Chiro Spa. The clinic has a branch in Malibu. She graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences.

Mr. Mosig works as a film actor, producer and assistant director in television.

There were 129 sales in Malibu in 2008, with a median sales price of $2.495 million.
