Tai Babilonia sold her four-bedroom, three-bath at 4108 Murietta Ave. in Sherman Oaks for $1.105 million to Alan Jay Munro and Jayne Ann Tenggren on Nov. 12.

Babilonia bought the property for $750,000 in Sept. 2003.

Babilonia is a retired U.S. figure skater. She was a five-time gold medalist at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships and a gold medalist for the 1979 World Figure Skating Championships.

She also appeared in the 2006 television program "Skating with Celebrities."

There were 511 home sales in Sherman Oaks in 2008, with a median sales price of $700,000.
