Shawn Far bought a seven-bedroom, five-bath home at 913 N. Bedford Dr. in Beverly Hills from Donelle Dadigan and Marion F. Seabury for $7 million on Nov. 3.

Far is the owner of the US Apparel Group, a wholesaler of fashion and accessories. He also manages Knitco, LLC, and U.S. Outlet Inc., both in Los Angeles.

There were 202 sales in Beverly Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $2.005 million.
