John Minervini has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 820 Laguna Road in Pasadena for $1.795 million.

Minervini paid $1.735 million for the property in July 2006. The 2,681-square-foot house was built in 1937 in the South Arroyo neighborhood.

Rodrigo Iglesias of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Minervini is executive director of real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. He has been in the industry for more than 22 years and has been with the firm since 1985. He also served as the firm's senior director, prior to becoming the executive director.

He earned his degree in fermentation science from the University of California-Davis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,025 home sales in Pasadena during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $475,000.
