Alan Meister and Lisa Meister have listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 27443 Elmbridge Dr. in Rancho Palos Verdes for $1.099 million.

The Meisters paid $705,000 for the property in Aug. 2002. The 2,225-square-foot house was built in 1965 in Northwest Rancho Palos Verdes.

Rick Edler of Peninsula Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Meister is a principal economist and leads the Native American Advisory Services at Nathan Associates Inc. in Irvine.

He received his B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of California-Irvine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 240 sales in Rancho Palos Verdes during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $853,500.
