New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush has listed for sale his four-bedroom, 5.5-bath at 1501 Viewsite Terrace in Hollywood for the asking price of $5.099 million.

Bush paid $4.7 million for the 4,831-square-foot home in Jan. 2007. The home was built in 2006.

Joshua Altman of Hilton & Hyland Beverly Hills is the listing agent for the home.

Bush, 24, is in his fourth season with the Saints after an illustrious college career at the University of Southern California. He helped lead the Saints to the 2006 NFC Championship team on the strength of 565 rushing yards and 742 yards receiving during his rookie season, and a career-high eight touchdowns. He's appeared in 45 career games with the club since he was drafted second overall in the 2006 NFL Draft.

Bush won two national titles with USC in 2003 and 2004, and led the team to the BCS national title game in 2005. He also captured the 2005 Heisman Trophy as a senior over Texas quarterback Vince Young, and was named a unanimous first team All-American and the Associated Press College Football Player of the Year after leading the nation with 222.3 all-purpose yards per game. He also still holds the Pac-10 single game record for total yards from scrimmage with 513 (294 rushing, 68 receiving, 151 return) against Fresno State in Nov. 2005.

He attended Helix High School in the San Diego suburb of La Mesa.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 470 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $700,000.
