Dr. Brian H. Novack has listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 17810 Tramonto Dr. in Pacific Palisades for $2.995 million.

Dr. Novack bought the property for $842,545 in Feb. 2001. The 1,525-square-foot house was built in 1956.

Alexandria Brunkhorst of Coldwell Banker residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Novack is a plastic surgeon at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood. He's also worked out of the Beverly Hills Medical Clinic, and has reportedly performed surgery on a number of celebrities, including actress Demi Moore.

He earned his M.D. from McGill University in Montreal.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 337 home sales in Greater Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $650,000.
