Actress Jacoba Smulders bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1821 Rodney Dr. in Griffith Park/Los Feliz from Kenneth J. Molina for $991,000 on Oct. 15.

The 2,304-square-foot house was built in 1922.

Smulders, better known as Cobie Smulders, is a model turned actress who currently stars on the CBS hit sitcom "How I Met Your Mother." She's played the role of Robin Scherbatsky since the show's debut in 2005.

She's also appeared on episodes of shows like "The L Word" and "Andromeda," and appeared on 13 episodes of the ABC adventure series "Veritas: The Quest." She is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 125 sales in Griffith Park/Los Feliz during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $872,500.
