David Herjeczki bought a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 1319 Harvard St. in Santa Monica for $759,000 from Aaron T. Korsh on Nov. 3.

The 1,890-square-foot condo Unit #NO6 was built in 1980 in the Mid City neighborhood.

Herjeczki is a design director at Gensler, an architectural and design consulting company in Los Angeles. He earned his degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 218 condo sales in Santa Monica during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $659,000.
