Dana Christiaansen and Cynthia Christiaansen have listed for sale a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 6972 Grasswood Ave. in Malibu for $3.199 million.

The Christiaansens paid $1 million for the property in May 1992. The 3,179-square-foot house was built in 1962 in the Central Malibu neighborhood.
