Terri Vaughn and Derrick Carolina have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 15032 Hesby St. in Sherman Oaks for $1.4 million.

Vaughn and Carolina paid $1.185 million for the property in March 2005. The 3,591-square-foot house was built in 2004.

Clarence Biggs of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent of the property.

Ms. Vaughn is an actress best known for lengthy stints on the hit sitcoms "All of Us" and "The Steve Harvey Show." She's also rumored to be in talks to join the cast for the TBS sitcom "Meet the Browns."

Mr. Carolina is the owner of Bomb Lyrics Music Publishing, a Los Angeles music company which specializes in providing high quality music to television and film productions.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 388 home sales in Sherman Oaks during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $600,000.
