Brett Zane and Karen Zane sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 15 Wideloop Road in Rolling Hills to James A. Beck and Lori L. Beck for $1.75 million on Jan. 12.

The Zanes acquired the property in Oct. 2005.

The 2,050-square-foot house, built in 1953, is in East Rolling Hills.

Mr. Zane is the chief financial officer of Spark Networks Inc., founded in 1998, which offers online personals services.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of Business and his master's degree from the University of California-Los Angeles's Anderson Graduate School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 12 home sales in Rolling Hills during the past 12 months, with a median price of $2.25 million.
