"Lost" actress sells 5BD in Hancock Park for $2.425M

Medium 83f211899eb3c22d61bf44c2852ababf Cynthia Watros-Gilliland and Curtis Gilliland sold a five-bed, four-bath home at 319 S. McCadden Place in Hancock Park to Richard G. Chisholm and Lois K. Perrin for $2.425 million on Feb. 2.

The Gillilands bought the property for $1.43 million on April 2003. The 3,572-square-foot house was built in 1924.

Mrs. Gilliland is an actress who has appeared on TV, films and stage. She is probably best known for her roles as Libby on the ABC series "Lost" and Kellie on "The Drew Carey Show."

She first gained recognition on the CBS soap "Guiding Light," which led to a Daytime Emmy award in 1998. She was most recently seen in the role of Dr. Wilson's ex-wife in the series "House M.D."

She was born Sept. 2, 1968 in Lake Orion, Mich. She married Curtis Gilliland, a restaurateur, in 1996.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 391 home sales in Greater Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $648,500.
