Mr. Coyne is chief information officer at State Fund, a California-based provider of workers' compensation insurance. Before joining State Fund in 2009, he was vice president and chief information officer of Toyota Financial Services in Torrance. He also worked for General Electric as vice president and chief technical officer.

He earned his B.S. in computer information systems and marketing from Manhattan College.
