Mr. Dever works as an actor and is known for his stage work in the Los Angeles area, appearing in over 50 plays. He has guest starred on several TV shows such as "CSI: Miami," "Close to Home," "Crossing Jordan," "CSI: New York," "CSI," "Charmed," "JAG" and "Cold Case."

He holds a B.A. in acting from Northern Arizona University-Flagstaff and an M.F.A. in acting from both Carnegie Mellon University-Pittsburgh and The Moscow Art Theatre in Moscow, Russia.

Ms. Dever works as an actress and has appeared in several films such as 3 Nights in Nisyros, Ready or Not, Art Imitating Life, and Into the Arms of Strangers. She has also played in plays such as "A Piece of My Heart," "Mother Courage," "As You Like It" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream."

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 220 home sales in Fairfax/Mid-City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $826,250.
