Mike and Irena Medavoy have listed for sale a four-bedroom, seven-bath home at 1880 Carla Ridge in Beverly Hills for $6.9 million.

Joyce Rey of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent.

The Medavoys bought the property for $5.85 million in Sept. 2009. The 5,755-square-foot house was built in 1965 at Trousdale Estates subdivision. It is located in North Beverly Hills.

Mr. Medavoy is an award-winning film producer, co-founder of Orion Pictures and current chairman and CEO of Phoenix Pictures. He has been involved with films like Platoon, Hannah and Her Sisters and The Silence of The Lambs.

Previously, he was chairman of TriStar Pictures and head of production at United Artists.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 203 home sales in Beverly Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.825 million.
