Senior photojournalist selling Santa Monica 4BD for $1.25M

Medium 18e58dd514175812a8223c2f9e9bc4e1 Irene A. Fertik has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 732 Navy St. in Santa Monica for $1.15 million.

Dana Ehrlich of Keller Williams-Santa Monica is the listing agent for the home. The 3,999-square-foot house was built in 1928 in Ocean Park. It is located in the Fountain Glen subdivision.

Fertik is a senior photojournalist for USC's News Service, where she has been documenting the lives of Ethiopian Jews in Israel.

Previously, she worked as a full time staff photographer at the Burlington Free Press in Vermont. She has been a photojournalism teacher at Otis-Parsons College of Design, the University of Vermont and the International Center for Photography in New York. She has worked with the Los Angeles Times, New York Times and Encore Magazine.

She obtained a degree in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh.
