German businessman lists Bel Air 3BD for $3.85M

Medium 2adcbb9f4f7637b0e2d5931509e5a4bc Daniel Giersch has listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 418 Cascada Way in Bel Air for $3.85 million.

Frank Langen of Deasy Penner & Partners is the listing agent for the property. Giersch paid $1 million for the property in Aug. 2002. The 3,458-square-foot house was built in 1951.

Giersch a German businessman, is the founder and managing director of Giersch Ventures, a corporate finance, asset management, venture capital investments and special projects firm. He also founded KDI, a non-governmental postal service in Germany.

He has an M.B.A. from the joint executive program of the Anderson School of Management at the University of California-Los Angeles and the Theseus International Management Institute on the Cote d'Azur in France. He also attended the University of Hamburg for his law studies.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 79 home sales in Bel Air during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.712 million.
