Balthasar paid $790,000 for the property in Sept. 2001. The 3,520-square-foot house was built in 2001. It is located in Valencia Woodlands.

Kyle Aguilar is CEO of Spring Toys and Wham-O and executive director at Manufacturing Marvel Limited. Prior to these, he was executive director at Manufacturing Marvel & Mexican Plastics.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,226 home sales in Santa Clarita during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $330,000.
