Petra Flannery bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2256 Coldwater Canyon Drive in Beverly Crest from Teri Howard, Suzanne Rodgers and Helen Laykin for $1.04 million on Sept. 23.

The 1,631-square-foot house was built in 1951.

Flannery is a celebrity stylist and creative director at Shoe Privee, The Ultimate Private Shoe Club.
