Sol Shoumer sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 8464 San Antonio Ave. in South Gate to Ana L. Nochez and Jose R. Nochez for $310,000 on Nov. 1.

Shoumer paid $190,000 for the property on April 12. The 1,640-square-foot house was built in 1928 in North South Gate.

Shoumer is president and the owner of Allstate Finance, a loan investment company. He previously was systems engineer at Ericsson, Inc.

He attended New Jersey Institute of Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 604 home sales in South Gate during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
