She received her medical degree from the University of California - Los Angeles, David Geffen School of Medicine in 2002.

Ms. Cooper is a film and television actress, born in India. Her most recent credit includes 1 a Minute in 2010, a breast cancer documentary-drama where she is also the producer and director.

She graduated from the University of West Florida in 1998.
