Love and Loy S. Vaught sold a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 5036 Geyser Ave. in Tarzana to Andrew V. Jablon and Jessica Scully Jablon for $1.205 million on June 30.

The 3,716-square-foot house was built in 1955. The Vaughts acquired the property for $1.19 million in Sept. 2010.

Mr. Vaught is was a former professional basketball player who spent ten seasons playing forward for the Los Angeles Clippers. He joined the team in 1990 and later spent his career with the Detroit Pistons, Dallas Mavericks, and Washington Wizards.

Mr. Jablon is a business litigation and intellectual property lawyer in Los Angeles. He is a partner in the law firm of Resch, Polster & Berger, LLP.

He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Occidental College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 158 home sales in Tarzana during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $648,500.
