Josh Todd and Mitzi Martin-Todd sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 13110 Bloomfield St. in Studio City to Dr. Adam Esser and Anne Marie Logrippo Esser for $1.46 million on Aug. 23.

The 2,907-square-foot home was built in 1938.

Mr. Todd is the lead singer of the rock band Buckcherry.

Ms. Todd is an actress and model.

Dr. Esser is a dermatologist.

He earned his M.D. from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in dermatology at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center and Mayo Clinic Florida, respectively.

Ms. Esser has served as a program planner at Jacksonville Community Council Inc. She previously was a program specialist for Peace Games Los Angeles, a non-profit that works to prevent violence by partnering with local elementary schools. She has also worked as a program director at Columbia University in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 349 home sales in Studio City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $670,500.
