Metal fabrication co. exec buys in Leveldune for $4.15M

Medium f9e43baa4b5acc7e36cbf163e0468fe8 Craig C. Paullin and Dr. Susan W. Paullin bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 401 2nd St. in Manhattan Beach from Thomas M. Phillips and Tracy C. Phillips for $4.15 million on Sept. 22.

The 5,381-square-foot house was built in 2006 in West Manhattan Beach. It is located in Leveldune subdivision. The Phillips paid $3.93 million for the property in April 2007.

Mr. Paullin is president of Pacific Sintered Metals Industries, Inc., a Los-Angeles based provider of design and engineering solutions for powdered metal fabrication. He previously worked as a plant engineer and maintenance foreman for Standard Oil and civilian engineer for the U.S. Army.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University.

Dr. Paullin is a family and community pediatrician in Rolling Hills Estates.

She completed her residency at the UCLA Medical Center and Yale New Haven Children Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 223 home sales in Manhattan Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,326,250.
