Brandon Keith Phillips sold a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 370 Trousdale Place in Beverly Hills to 370 Trousdale Place LLC for $15.5 million on Oct. 7.

Phillips paid $4.63 million for the property in Feb. 2004. The 7,265-square-foot house was built in 1966 in North Beverly Hills and is located in Trousdale Estates subdivision.

Phillips is the chief executive officer at AEG Live and promoter of Michael Jackson's This Is It concert tour, and head of the Anschutz Entertainment Group. As a former partner at Stiefel-Phillips Entertainment, he has managed the careers of such artists as Rod Stewart, Prince, Guns N' Roses and Tony Braxton. He was also president and CEO of Gasoline Alley Music, a joint-venture record and publishing company with MCA Records. He most recently served as CEO of independent consulting and management firm Phillips Digital Media.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 240 home sales in Beverly Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.685 million.
