The 6,995-square-foot house was built in 2002 in West Calabasas.

Kevin Hooks is a movie and television producer who worked on the CBS series, "City of Angels." He also served as executive producer of "Prison Break," "Human Target," and "Detroit 1-8-7."

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 27 home sales in Calabasas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.6 million.
