Spencer Baumgarten is a motion picture literary agent at Creative Artists Agency. He previously was a partner and co-head of the motion picture literary department at Endeavor. Prior to joining Endeavor in 2000, he was a manager at 3 Arts Entertainment and Addis-Wechsler and an agent at William Morris.

Lara Baumgarten has been vice president of legal affairs at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

She earned her B.A. from the University of California and her J.D. from Loyola Marymount University.
