Donald Penn II bought an eight-bedroom, 11.5-bath home at 4436 Petit Ave. in Encino from Laura Zaga and Moshe Zaga for $3.27 million on March 26.

The 11,000-square-foot house was built in 2009 in Encino.

Penn II is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive tackle. He was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2006.

He attended Utah State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 895 home sales in Encino during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $441,500.
