Endodontist gets Manhattan Beach home for $1.57M

Medium 117eda5f2ce71e71d7e287874f1b74bc Dr. Rohit Batheja and Ankur Batheja bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 3504 Palm Ave. in Manhattan Beach from Damien Bonenfant, Julie W. Bonenfant and Bonenfant Family Trust for $1.57 million on May 30.

The Bonenfants paid $1.35 million for the property in Jan. 2004. The 3,449-square-foot house was built in 1998 in West Manhattan Beach.

Dr. Batheja practices as an endodontist. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Association of Hospital Dentists, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

He graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry and completed his residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He also attended the USC School of Dentistry's two-year Premier Endodontic Residency program, where he received his certificate in the of specialty of Endodontics & Microsurgery.

Damien Bonenfant serves as president and general manager at Anheuser-Busch.
