Bonnie Binion sold a two-bedroom, two-bath at 7557 Mulholland Dr. in Cahuenga Pass to Sarvine Sally Ashkan and Ross Alden Brennan for $1 million on Dec. 4.

Binion is wife of actor Justin Torkildsen, who portrays Rick Forrester on the soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful." The two wed in Dec. 2001.

Ashkan works in the project management department at the Los Angeles office of the architecture firm Harley Ellis Devereaux.

She is an LEED accredited professional.

There were 63 sales in Cahuenga Pass in 2008, with a median sales price of $850,000.
