Brendan Kinney and Kathleen Kinney have listed for sale their two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 29202 Heathercliff Road, Unit #16 in Malibu for $850,000.

The Kinneys bought the property for $512,500 on June 5, 2003.

The 1,297-square-foot condo, which was built in 1983, is in the Central Malibu neighborhood.

Mr. Kinney has worked as account executive at Peanut Labs, a rapidly growing technology company providing services to the market research industry, backed by the investors of Yahoo eGroups, Symantec and Skype.

He also had worked as business development associate at GE Money, research director in the corporate development at Sony Pictures Entertainment, research manager at Warner Bros., and Carsey Werner Television.

He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in communications and earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.

There were 28 condo sales in Malibu in 2008, with a median sales price of $1,040,000.
