Dr. Daniel Nathan Karsch and his wife, Carol, have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2950 Neilson Way in Santa Monica for $1.095 million.

The Karsches bought the 1,513-square-foot Unit #503 on March 2005. The unit is in Sea Colony II, a condo development in the neighborhood of Ocean Park.

Debbie Sutz of Lighthouse Properties Real Estate Services is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Karsch has practiced urology with Old Pueblo Urology in Tucson. He retired from the practice in 2005.

He obtained his M.D. from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and trained at the University of Michigan Hospitals and Jeanes Hospital.

Mrs. Karsch is the executive director of the Jewish Community Foundation of Southern Arizona.

Sea Colony 11, which was built in 1980 as the second of the three Sea Colony low-rise condominiums, has 144 units.

There were 304 condo sales in Santa Monica in 2008, with median sales price of $641,500.
