Matthew Winslow and wife, Courtney, have listed for sale their two-bedroom, three-bath home at 130 Hart Ave. in Santa Monica for $2.35 million.

The Winslows bought the property for $2 million in Feb. 2005. The 2,287-square-foot house, which was built in 1906, is in the Ocean Park neighborhood.

Judi Opolinsky of Southern California Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Winslow is the vice president of brand partnerships at Generate, an independent production and management studio in Los Angeles. He joined the company in 2007.

He previously served as a senior vice president in branded entertainment at The Walt Disney Company, a marketing and development consultant at 20th Century Fox, senior account executive at Eric Mower and Associates, vice president of business development and account manager at Ignited Minds and senior account executive at Ballpark Advertising Agency.

He earned his bachelor's in advertising and public relations from Ithaca College.

There were 494 home sales in Santa Monica in 2008, with a median sales price of $875,000.
