Sky Reynolds sold a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 939 15th St. in Santa Monica to Dennis and Sandra King for $785,000 on Feb. 20.

Ms. Reynolds bought the 1,419-square-foot Unit #5 for $619,000 in June 2003.

The unit is in a condo development in the Wilshire Montana neighborhood.

Reynolds owns and operates Skyla, a boutique in Westwood Village. She opened the store in 2004. She's also worked for a real estate company in Boston and worked with a start-up internet company in San Francisco.

She married Brett Brewer in April 2007 in Pacific Palisades. Brewer is a co-founder of MySpace.com.

Reynolds' cousin is actress Kelly Preston, the wife of actor John Travolta.

There were 304 condo sales in Santa Monica in 2008, with median sales price of $641,500.
