Madan paid $912,500 for the property in Dec. 2006. The 4,500-square-foot home was built in 2008.

Pacquiao, 30, is currently the IBO Light Welterweight champion and is widely considered the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world. The Philippines native knocked out former welterweight champion and British boxer Ricky Hatton on May 2 in Las Vegas to defend his title, and boost his record to 49-3-2 since he made his pro debut in 1995.

Six months later he topped fan favorite and boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya to defend his welterweight crown and officially burst onto the international scene.

Pacquiao has fought as the WBC lightweight world champion, WBC super featherweight world champion, IBF super bantamweight world champion and WBC flyweight world champion. He is the first Filipino and Asian boxer to win five world titles in five different weight divisions. He is also the first Filipino athlete to appear on a postage stamp and was included by Time Magazine as one of the world's most influential people for 2009.
