Lisa Kline has listed for sale her three-bedroom, three-bath home at 30375 Morning View Dr. in Malibu for $1.795 million.

The 1,556-square-foot house, which was built in 1979, is in the Central Malibu neighborhood.

Paul Woodman of Pritchett-Rapf real estate was the listing agent for the home.

Kline is the owner of her self-titled boutique with stores in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Her list of clients include Liv Tyler, Jessica Simpson, Halle Berry and Reese Witherspoon.

She attended Syracuse University where she took up fashion design. She is a native of Encino.

Kline's late husband, Robert Dyson, also worked with Lisa Kline, Inc., and was the owner of Remote Retailer, a computer security company. He passed away in January.

There were 125 home sales in Malibu in 2008, with a median price of $2.3325 million.
