Faye C. Rasch bought the two-bedroom, three-bath condo Unit #6 at 1807 10th St. in Santa Monica from Ron M. Stief and Sandra Yarlott for $660,000 on March 10.
The condo development at 1807 10th St., which was build in 1979, is in the Pico neighborhood.
Ms. Rasch is an attorney with Los Angeles law firm Frandzel Robins Bloom & Csato, L.C. She specializes in business litigation for the firm.
She started her practice in Manhattan specializing in commercial real estate litigation. After three years as a practicing attorney, she returned to the academic sphere to obtain an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance. She earned her B.A. from New York University, her J.D. from Fordham University, School of Law and her M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
Rev. Stief is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. He also serves as the California director of People For the American Way and an advisor to the Center for American Values in Public Life at People For the American Way Foundation.
Prior to that, he served in Washington as the director of the Office of Public Life and Social Policy of the United Church of Christ.
There were 304 condo sales in Santa Monica in 2008, with a median sales price of $641,500.
