Lopez, 39, is an actress and musician who burst onto the scene during the late 1990s. Her 1999 debut album, "On The 6," sold more than three million copies in the U.S. on the strength of hits like "If You Had My Love" and "Waiting for Tonight." She earned two Grammy nominations for the album, and followed with the 2001 smash "J. Lo," which sold more than 12 million copies worldwide and topped the U.S. Billboard charts during its first week on the shelves.

Her third album, "This Is Me...Then," spawned the hit "Jenny From the Block" and eventually sold 2.5 million copies in the U.S., but sales have dropped over her last three albums as she has focused on family life and her own clothing and perfume lines.

Anthony, 40, is a Grammy-winning singer/songwriter and the biggest selling salsa musician of all time. After making his debut in 1991, his English language hit albums "Marc Anthony" and "Mended" have accompanied the Spanish language albums that have made him a phenomenon in Latin music and beyond. His most recognizable single in the U.S. is the the 1999 hit "I Need To Know," which was a top five smash.

Anthony and Lopez, who both originally hail from New York City, married in June 2004. The birth of fraternal twins followed in Feb. 2008, for which People magazine paid $6 million for the first-release photos.

There were 69 home sales in Bel Air in 2008, with a median sales price of $2.3 million.
