The Hayons paid $1.06 million for the property in July 2004.

Dr. Zarrinnia is an orthodontist with a private practice in Woodland Hills. He has practiced at Saint Christopher's Hospital in Pennsylvania, where he treated newborns requiring orthodontic treatment. He also served as chairman in the department of orthodontics at Temple University.

Dr. Zarrinnia earned his D.M.D. from Temple University and has completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

There were 334 sales in Tarzana in 2008, with a median price of $485,000.
