Wilmer Valderrama sold the five-bedroom, five-bath home at 5541 Calvin Ave. in Tarzana to Nizanit Victoria Fine and Zacharia for $1.75 million on Jan. 17, 2008.

Valderrama bought the property in April 2003 for $1.25 million. The 4,822-square-foot home was built in 1974.

Valderrama, 27, is an actor best known for playing Fez on the Fox sitcom "That '70s Show" from 1998 to 2006.

He has also appeared in Fast Food Nation, Unaccompanied Minors, The Dead One and provided the voice of Manny on "Handy Manny."

In 2002, Valderrama was named one of People magazine’s "Top 50 Bachelors."
