The development at 2220 Avenue of the Stars was built in 1964.

Mestler is a managing member at Helvetica Capital Funding LLC, a direct lending firm in Los Angeles. He also serves as president and CEO of The Helvetica Group, a real estate investment banking firm based in Los Angeles.

Prior to forming The Helvetica Group, he was CFO at ShoppingGate AG, an application service provider based in Switzerland. Previously, he was a managing director at New Capital AG, an international investment banking firm.

Mestler received his B.S. degree in accounting, a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

There were 85 condo sales in Century City in 2008, with a median price of $720,000.
